Refund policy

At ZARNISH WATCHES, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a watch that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with the original box and packaging
  • Free from scratches, damage, or signs of use
  • Accompanied by the order details/proof of purchase

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

4. Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or through another agreed payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, ZARNISH WATCHES will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For returns due to change of mind or personal preference, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for watches that have been:

  • Worn or damaged by the customer
  • Scratched or physically altered
  • Exposed to water beyond the stated water-resistance rating
  • Returned without original packaging
  • Returned after the 7-day return period

7. Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

8. How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange, contact our customer support with:

Order Number + Customer Name + Reason for Return + Photos/Videos (if applicable).

Our team will provide you with the return instructions.

ZARNISH WATCHES reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund or exchange.
